Cake smash number 2 was as great as the first. This family said they wanted something different than the typical first year portrait so we did a cake smash. So fun!
One thing to note if you are going to do a cake smash and decide to bring your own cake, make sure there are no balls of fondant around the cake. This little guy was only interested in those and they were the perfect size to choke on! (We took them away fairly quick!)

In total I have 3 cake smashes this month. I have done 2 and have one more this afternoon. Its funny how these things come in waves! Cake smashes are so fun. Mom and Dad are always excited and the kid gets to eat a whack load of cake. I love being able to be a part of this milestone in one year olds lives.
I had done Carson’s cake smash and now I got to do his little brther Owen’s too. Mom always gets great shirts printed up for the boys!
This little one had been sick for a long time so it was great to see him happy for his session.

Well, almost valentines day. This post is a bit early but its a big one. A week after we moved into our new house we had valentines mini sessions here. I had so many people come out and had so much fun with everyone! So for this blog post I have posted my favorite picture of each of the people I had come. No pets came this time but I did get one couple as well

I have been blessed with all of the newborns I have been getting lately. I love doing newborns. This little guy was not too happy with me and did not want to settle. I ended up wrapping him up really tight and eventually he fell asleep
